REFUND POLICIES

By accepting the terms and conditions of Encuentra24.com, you declare to accept our Refund Policies. When one of our services is purchased, our platform allows all functions related to the purchased product or service to be activated immediately. All purchases made at Encuentra24.com are subject to our Terms of Use and Conditions of Service that you as a customer and consumer user declare to accept.

Due to the nature of our services, we can only offer refunds within the first 48 hours once they have been processed.

If the payment for the product or service has been made correctly, it is not pending approval and for some reason beyond Encuentra24.com it has not been delivered in a period greater than 24 working hours, the company can offer a refund to the payment method used or in the form of virtual credits that can be used by accessing Encuentra24.com. In the event that a membership is cancelled, credits will be refunded to the payment method available on the account you have selected.

Virtual credits expire after twelve (12) months. After this time has elapsed, they expire and cannot be used, and therefore their right to claim or redeem them is extinguished.

You declare to understand that the virtual credits received as gifts, through coupons, promotions, are not refundable, unlike the virtual credits purchased, and you understand that the gift credits are only valid for 2 months. You represent that expiration due to non-use will not entitle you to future claims.
